There are two ways to register for the convention:
A. Print a copy of the registration form, fill it out and mail it along with a check made out to ‘40th NNGC’. We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your registration.
B. Fill out the on-line registration form and then click the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button at the bottom of the form to securely make your payment using your credit card. Upon completion of the payment you will be automatically returned to the registration form. Print a copy of the form for your records. We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your registration.
We are very aware of the global threat facing us from the coronavirus and COVID-19. September is still far away, but please be assured that the organizing group is reviewing the situation on a week-by-week basis. If we need to cancel the 2020 National Narrow Gauge Convention, we will give as much notice as possible and, of course, refund any registration fees. So we hope that you will go ahead and register as soon as possible, so that we can finalize the planning of the convention, with the assurance that your fees will be returned should that prove necessary. Likewise, airlines and hotels appear to have much more generous refund policies than has been normal. Stay safe, and wash your hands often!
